You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, submit, share, or otherwise make available through the App, including:

  • Invitation titles, host names, times, locations, descriptions, schedules, notes, and comments.
  • RSVP details, member information, avatars, photos, videos, attachments, and external links.

  • Interfere with, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, automate against, bypass limits of, or otherwise disrupt the App or related services.
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

5. License for User Content

  • You retain ownership of content for which you hold legal rights.
  • You grant the developer and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, cache, display, and distribute your content to the extent necessary to operate the App.
  • This license is limited to service operation, storage, sharing, rendering, compatibility processing, security review, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and grant this license.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
  • The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement. For data processing matters, the more specific Privacy Policy terms control.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The App may rely on third-party services or infrastructure, including object storage, human verification, app stores, map providers, system share sheets, and operating system capabilities.
  • The developer does not fully control the availability, accuracy, continuity, or compliance of third-party services.
  • Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The software, code, interface, design, icons, branding, text, and other elements of the App are owned by the developer or relevant rights holders.
  • You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, mirror, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
  • If your content includes third-party materials, you are responsible for securing the necessary rights and permissions.

9. Fees

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App, store listing, or a particular feature flow, the App's current features are provided free of charge or on the terms shown at the time of use.
  • If subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid services are introduced later, pricing, billing, refund terms, and scope will be governed by the terms presented at that time and any applicable platform rules.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  • The developer may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the App for business, maintenance, legal, policy, platform, or security reasons.
  • If you violate this Agreement, applicable law, or platform rules, the developer may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access without prior notice where permitted.
  • You may stop using the App, log out, or delete your account at any time. Rights and obligations that arose before termination survive termination where applicable.

11. Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security perfection, or that any content, map result, link, or third-party service will always be accurate, complete, timely, or fit for your purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for the consequences of sharing content, publishing invitations, collecting RSVPs, managing members, uploading media, or using third-party integrations.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by network failures, device issues, operating system limits, third-party service failures, force majeure, malicious attacks, malware, or policy changes outside the developer's reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
  • If liability cannot be excluded, the developer's aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid for the relevant service or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

13. Minors

  • If you are below the minimum age required by applicable law, or otherwise lack legal capacity, you may use the App only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the App should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction over the developer or as otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Updates to This Agreement

  • The developer may update this Agreement to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or platform policies.
  • Updated terms take effect when posted or on the stated effective date. Continued use of the App after the update means you accept the revised Agreement.
