Request deletion of your TwistInvite account

This page provides a public account deletion request route for TwistInvite users who can no longer access the app. If you can still sign in, the fastest option is to delete your account directly inside the app profile settings.

How account deletion works

Use the in-app delete option if you still have access. In TwistInvite, go to Profile and use the account deletion option there. That route is faster because it uses your current signed-in session.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email from this page. Send the request from the email address associated with your TwistInvite account whenever possible. If you no longer have access to that inbox, include enough information for us to verify that you are the account holder before any deletion is processed.

What to include in your request

  • Your TwistInvite account email address.
  • Your display name or any identifier that can help us locate your account.
  • A statement that you want your TwistInvite account deleted.
  • Whether you still have access to the registered email address.
  • Any context needed to identify the account safely if you cannot sign in.

What happens after we receive your request

  1. We review the request and may ask for additional identity verification to prevent fraudulent deletion.
  2. Once the request is verified, we process account deletion within a reasonable period.
  3. We may send a confirmation response after the deletion request is completed or if more information is required.

Data deleted or de-identified

When an account deletion request is completed, TwistInvite is expected to remove or disable the account profile and end active sessions tied to that account. Data that exists only to support your account may be deleted. Some participation or interaction records may instead be de-identified or detached from the deleted account where that is necessary to preserve the integrity of invitations, RSVPs, comments, audits, or abuse-prevention records.

Data that may be retained temporarily

  • Limited backup copies or system logs may persist temporarily until normal rotation or cleanup completes.
  • Information may be retained where required by law, security obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or platform compliance.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your TwistInvite account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play, you must manage or cancel that subscription separately inside Google Play.
