Pro features are billed as described on our pricing page. Per-event purchases are non-refundable once the invitation has been sent. Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds are prorated based on remaining months.
TwistInvite's templates, designs, brand, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
TwistInvite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
